3CDC’s program is designed to guide each child’s development socially, emotionally, physically, intellectually, and spiritually. We want them to feel secure, play fairly, show concern for the welfare of others, demonstrate politeness, and learn the ability to listen and follow directions.
The child’s goal is to seek self-improvement rather than competing against others. This will teach morals, ethics, and principles to be adopted by the child, leading to a happy, successful, and productive life for each child.
We believe that busy children are happy children. Our children are busy learning and growing every day. Teachers plan their curriculums based on the needs of the children in their classroom, and the plans include activities that meet all developmental areas of learning. The way our program is developed is a building block of learning. Teachers should conference and work together to ensure that children prepare for the next class and will be developmentally ready to handle the challenges they will face as they grow and move to the next room.
